Commission Readopts Rules (Rule Review)

The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation readopted the rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 76, Water Well Drillers and Water Well Pump Installers, as a result of the required four-year rule review. The readoption notice was published in the May 16, 2025, issue of the Texas Register (50 TexReg 2985).

COVID-19: Continuing Education Waived

TDLR continuing education requirements are waived for all individual licenses expiring in March, April, and May 2020.
